New to First Marin Realty, Phil brings an artist's eye to residential real estate. His previous life's work has been as a cameraman for 30 years in Hollywood, giving him the unique ability to look at things from a "creative potential" point of view. Phil has seen what can be done with a location and is able to translate that experience into helping his client find the right home.
Phil has lived in Mill Valley since 1975 and specializes in residential real estate in southern Marin.
What Phil's clients can expect is a sensitivity to their expectations that comes from years of working with directors, producers, and ad agency personnel. He is particularly responsive to very specific criteria that other agents might find overly restrictive.
