Britt - Corporate Vice President/Treasurer and President of Luxury Homes Division
Britt brings to your real estate transaction over 25 years experience. Arriving in Marin County in 1980, she was already an experienced Realtor with three years of successful performances in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Being one of the owners of First Marin Realty as well as the President of the Luxury Home Division has helped her rank in the top 1% of real estate salespeople nationwide. Britt brings much more than real estate experience to a transaction: she holds a degree in Home Economic Education and Design from the University of Connecticut. With a partner, she has an interior design business called "The Grand House" in addition to her real estate brokerage. She will provide you, upon request, with recommendations on preparing your house for sale and services for furnishings or contractors to assist you in this preparation. Professional networking plays a significant role in Britt's real estate success: she is a member of several local and national networking groups, including the Marin Luxury Homes Group, Top Agent Referral Network (an Internet networking group) and the Marin All-Stars. In addition to helping find buyers for properties, these organizations explore every aspect of real estate sales, including marketing techniques, legal issues and exceptional customer service.
