Moe - Broker-Associate
Moe has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Marin County for 30 years. Continually one of the top producers in the County gives her an advantage when negotiating for her clients. She is completely knowledgeable about all types of property including residential, income and commercial. Starting out as an investor 35 years ago Moe has seen and experienced first hand what her clients go through when buying and selling their own properties. Managing her properties and real estate transactions helps her advice clients on handling their properties. With her team of stagers, painters and carpenters Moe can guide her clients on preparing their home for market. She is a member of several high power networking groups and often locates properties before they hit the open market. She is a member of RELO, a nationwide referral service, a past member of the Board of the Marin Association of Realtors, the Community Relations Committee and the MLS Management Committee. She served on the Tam High Foundation, PTA and the MV Soccer League. Moe is also very involved in the Jewish community where she served as President of Congregation Kol Shofar, a volunteer with JFCS and a life member and President of Hadassah. Moe has been a resident of Mill Valley for 33 years were she now lives with her husband, Eddy, who is the owner of ProMortgage, a mortgage brokerage in Corte Madera. Her son David who attended Mill Valley schools and graduated from UCLA in '05 now runs ProFunding, a mortgage bank. Moe is a 100% "People Person" with the gift of patience, tenacity and cares for the needs and wants of her clients.
