My energy comes from people, purpose and passion.

I have always worked with numbers, sales and negotiating. My first career was on "Wall Street" as municipal bond trader and portfolio manager in charge of tax exempt Fixed Income Trading at Montgomery Securities.

Prior to working in Real Estate, I was a Business Development Manager at Indymac Bank, advising mortgage brokers of how best to structure loans.  I have looked at over 10,000 scenarios in my career and found creative solutions to an infinite number of lending challenges. In addition to conventional loans I'm also well versed in construction loans, lot loans and commercial lending.

I grew up in Denmark, but fell in love with both California and Eric Moe, who is now my husband, during a visit to the Bay Area in 1983. After several years of long-distance dating, I knew I had to move here! My passion for real estate was born when we bought our first piece of land in 1988. It was a steep lot and we built our first home from the ground-up with plenty of sweat equity. We now live in Mill Valley and are relishing our life with two active teenagers. I love pilates, yoga, sunshine, birds, art - and the joy of discovering a good deal in any market.
